These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of www.beequa.eu (the "Site") and to all purchases made through it. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

2. Using the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy or scrape its content.

3. Products

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue or change products at any time. This does not affect orders we have already confirmed.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Any VAT we collect is shown at checkout; import duties or taxes may apply in some cases, as explained in our Shipping Policy. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract between you and us is formed when we send that order confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error or if we reasonably suspect fraud. In that case, we will notify you and refund any payment in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery destinations, times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you nominate.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

You have 30 days from delivery to return items, as explained in our Refund Policy. This includes and extends your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

8. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity that applies in your country of residence. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us at info@beequa.co and we will provide a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with the law.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for personal use only. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products under product liability laws, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Beequa or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify, and the Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible, and you may cancel your order for a full refund if the delay is significant.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order will apply to that order.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@beequa.co and we will try to resolve it.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest will remain in force. If we do not enforce any of our rights immediately, this does not mean we have waived them.
